Symptoms of overdose may include hypotension, tachycardia, bradycardia, dizziness, and acute renal failure. Management is supportive and includes IV fluids and vasopressors if needed. Telmisartan is not significantly removed by hemodialysis.
Storage
Store Sartel tablets at room temperature (15–30°C or 59–86°F) in the original container. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
